1- Tortilla1 - sun-dried tomato1/4 cup diced tomatos1 oz. mozzarellabanana peppers to taste1/4 cup Ragu pizza quick sauce2 oz. chopped and shreadded turkey (or chicken)
makes 1 -8" pizza
Pre-heat oven to 425. Cook tortilla for 7-8 minutes filpping once halfway through. Remove from oven. Add pizza sauce, turkey, tomatos, sun-dried tomatos, banana peppers, and mozzarella. Bake for 7 minutes then turn oven to broil and cook 2-3 minutes more until brown on top. Cut into 8 pieces, ENJOY!!
note: a lot of the sodium comes from the sun dried tomatos, so leave them off and you'll reduce it a bunch! Get creative, you and add any toppings and it's great!!

I just made this (well, my variation) for dinner. Lovely!!! I'm vegetarian so I left off the meat, and I used halloumi instead of mozzarella but otherwise pretty much the same (I had mushrooms, corn, zucchini and red pepper as well as the sun dried tomatoes). It burnt a little but.....!!! - 7/2/08
