Turkey Kale and brown rice soup

Ingredients
Ground turkey with Kale, brown rice and tomato soup.
Directions
Saute onion add salt and pepper.
When golden, add meat and brown it.
Rinse rice and add with chicken broth. cook for 20 mins and add Your vegetables and simmer for another 30 04 40 mins.
Serve hot.
