Organic Spelt FlourOrganic Coconut FlourBaking PowderCinnamonEggsMilkMaple SyrupApplesauce - unsweetenedCoconut Oil- for pan
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients to large bowl. Stir gently. Oil a medium-high heated pan with coconut oil. Cook then serve with pure Vermont maple syrup!
