Garbanzo Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup thoroughly rinsed garbanzo beans1 tablespoon pickle relish1 tablespoon store-bought original hummus
Directions
Mash the garbanzo beans. You can use a fork or a food processor, whatever works for you. They don't need to be pureed, just coarsely mashed.

Mix in pickle relish and hummus.

Enjoy on bread, or with tortilla chips or chopped vegetables.

Serving Size: Makes 1 sandwich.
