1.5 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast 10 baby carrots raw1 Pkg McCormick Slow Cooker Pot Roast Seasoning1 pkg Dressing Mix - Hidden Valley Ranch1 Onions, raw1 C White Wine 3 Tbs Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1/4 C flour10 Small Red Potatoes Halved1.5 C Water, tap,
Directions
Take all ingredients except the flour and the butter and toss in slow cooker and cook for 8 hours.


on the seventh hour melt butter and whisk in flour. Till blended. Take broth from slow cooker and blend till smooth making a gravy. Add gravy to slow cooker and cook for 1 hour more. turn off slow cooker and serve.
