1 cup firmly packed brown sugar3/4 cup I cant believe its not butter1/2 cup granulated sugar1 egg1/4 cup water1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 cups Quaker oats1 cup Quinoa Flakes1 cup Robin Hood Nutri all purpose Gluten Free flour1/2 tsp baking soda
1. Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large bowl beat brown sugar, I Can't believe its not butter and granulated sugar until creamy. Add egg, water and vanilla beat well. Add combined Oats, Quinoa, gluten free flour and baking soda Mix well then add the raisins.
2. Drop dough in rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely and store in a tightly sealed container.
