1 pound 96& lean ground beef2 packs plain instant oatmeal2 egg whites12 tbls of ketchup1 Tbls McCormick season salt
Mix your meat and eggs and oatmeal with season salt until well blended then add 5 tbls ketchup in the mix, bake on 350 for 45 minutes and pull out and top with the other 5 tbls ketchup and serve
Serving Size: makes 6 servings I use a pie plate and cut into 6 pieces
