Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 9 jumbo or equivalent Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Scallions, raw, 4 large Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon, 1 serving ( Broccoli, fresh, 2.5 cup, chopped or diced Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large Heavy Whipping Cream, 3 fl oz Romano Cheese, 1 oz Salt to taste
Roast bacon and vegetables in a rimmed pan, 425 oven until bacon done and vegetables softened. As the bacon renders toss the veggies in the fat. Remove, allow to cool and chop. Turn oven down to 350. Beat liquid and eggs together and pour over veggies in well greased pie dish. Grate cheese on top. Bake 50-60 minutes until set.
