Ingredients:1/2 Lemon, fresh squeezed 1/8 tsp Cayenne (to taste)1/2 cup Water, bottled - 125 grams = 1/2 cup3 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and microwave or heat on stove top. Drink should be hot/warm. This can also be served cold during the summer months but is best served warm. Cayenne and Splenda can be adjusted to taste.
