Pork Lo Mein

Ingredients
24 oz. Pork Lo Mein, thinly sliced3 cups cabbage, shredded1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced1/2 onion, thinly sliced1 cup snow peas2 cloves garlic1/4 tsp gingerpepper to tastecrushed red pepper3 pkg ramen noodles, cooked1 cup soy1 cup chicken brothsesame oil2 tbs corn starch
Directions
Marinade pork with soy, pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic and ginger for 3-4 hours. Cook ramen noodles not including flavor packet. Add 2 tbs sesame oil to wok and fry pork just until browned and remove from wok. Stir fry cabbage, onions, bell pepper and snow peas in wok. Add broth and corn starch and thicken. Stir in noodles.
