PJ's chicken salad

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts3 celery stalks1 medium onion3/4 c Hellman's mayonnaisepepper
Directions
boil water in a pot. add pepper. when water is boiling, add chicken breasts. boil till water reduces until all water is gone. take out chicken. shred chicken, do not use a knife.
while chicken is boiling, dice celery and onion.
after chicken is shredded, add celery, onion and mayonnaise. mix. add more pepper to taste.
