Ingredients
1 cup brown rice1 crappie filet9 thinly sliced tomatoes9 thinly slicd onionsI cup fresh spinach1 tbsp. butter
Directions
-preheat oven to 375
-1 cup rice to 2 cups water, bring to a boil
-place butter, tomatoes, onions, and spinach in with the rice
-keep in the oven for 7 minutes, place the fish in with the rice and cook for another 7
