Ingredients
One box of Fiber One Apple Cinnamon muffin mix1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 eggs2/3 cup skim milk
Directions
Makes 12 muffins.

Mix the box of mix, 2/3 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce, and 2 eggs together until moist. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 16-18 minutes at 420 degrees. Enjoy!
