Ingredients
2 cups vegetable stock1/4 corn1/4 ripe tomatoes, medium diced1/4 cabbage, thinly sliced1/2 okra, cubed1 tbsp. onions, dicedsalt and pepper
Directions
-heat vegetable stock
-sauté all vegetables and then add to the stock and let simmer for an hour or more.
