Baked Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Ingredients
4 (2 oz.) Tilapia filets1/3 cup Progresso Garlic & Herb Bread CrumbsBlack pepper, to taste, per each filet1/4 cup egg whites1/4 cup skim milk1 1/2 tsp lemon juice5 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Mix milk and egg whites in a shallow dish and place breadcrumbs on a plate.
- Dip filets first in breadcrumbs, then in milk mixture, and then back into breadcrumbs to fully coat. Place in baking dish. Drizzle a bit of lemon juice on top, spritz with buttery spray.
-Bake 15 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
