Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry with Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
2 cups jasmine ricenon-stick cooking spray1 lb beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced2 garlic cloves, minced4 green onions, thinly sliced3 cups broccoli florets, blanched1/4 cup light soy sauce
Directions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, spray with non-stick spray and sauté the beef until browned.
Add the garlic, green onion, broccoli and soy sauce; sauté for 1 minute.
Serve beef and broccoli over rice or combine into one dish.


Serving Size: Serves 4; 1/2 cup rice, 3 ounces cooked steak, 1 cup vegetables

    I use tempura sauce which has less sodium than even low-sodium soy sauce. A little sweeter, but a nice flavor. I add probably too much garlic for anyone except myself, but I'm told it's good for me. - 5/13/14
