Fruit and Honey Granola

Ingredients
1/2 cup honey2 tbsp. vegetable oil1 tbsp. vanilla extractDash of cinnamondash of nutmeg1/2 tablespoon salt3 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked1/3 cup sliced almonds (optional)1 1/2 cups dried mixed fruit
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine oats and almonds; mix well. In small bowl combine honey, salt, oil, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour over oat mixture; mix well. Spread evenly in 15x10 jelly roll pan or lipped baking sheet. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Stir in dried fruit cool completely. Store tightly covered up to 1 week.
