Corn Flake Coated Chicken

1 lb of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cut into tenders)1/4 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)1/3 cup of Flour1/3 cup of MilkSeasonings to Taste (Highly recommend Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb with steak seasoning and salt)2-4 cups of Corn Flakes (crushed)
Preheat Oven to 375
Cut chicken breast into tender sized pieces.
Melt butter and mix with milk and flour.
Add seasonings to taste, we recommend Mrs Dash Garlic Herb and your favorite steak seasoning with just a bit of salt.
Crush Corn Flakes by hand or in a food processor until they are a bread crumb consistency.
Individually dredge chicken first in flour mixture then in cornflakes and place in a 13X9 baking dish.
Bake in Preheated oven for 30-40 minutes
Serving Size: makes 8-10 chicken tenders
