1/2 cup skim milk1 cup evaporated milk2 tsp olive oil2 tbsp light butter1 1/2 cups 2% shredded cheddar cheese8 oz whole wheat penne pasta
Load wet ingredients first then dry ones into crock pot. Set on low for 4 hours. Enjoy!
