Creamy Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Leg meat no skin no bone (use chicken breast if possible)Oniongarlicteriyaki sausePlain Greek yogurtwatersalt and Pepper
Directions
Prep

Cut chicken into bit size pieces
Cut onion into slices
Rough chop garlic

Cook

Salt and pepper chicken. Add to a no stick pan. (no oil needed).
On top add the onion,garlic, and teriyaki sauce.
slowly add water from the side. Don't poor on the of chicken. Make sure the teriyaki sauce stays on top.

Cover and let cook on med for 15 mins

uncover and take chicken out (only for a second)
add all the left overs to your blender and add the plain greek yogurt. and blend for a few seconds

add chicken back to the pan and add your sauce back over the chicken.

taste to make sure you don't need to adjust the seasonings.

let simmer on low and covers for 3-5 mins.


Then Serve.

It is great served with Quinoa and roasted veggies.
