Wild Rice Chicken Hot Dish

Ingredients
3 cups chicken breast, cooked & cut into small pcs.1 c. wild rice2 cloves garlic, minced1 med. onion, chopped3 c. chicken broth, fat free1 c. canned mushrooms, drained1/2 c. almonds, sliced and roasted
Directions
Place 1 can chicken broth in skillet and simmer all ingredients except almonds and remaining chicken broth, until rice is brown instead of black. Add remaining broth and almonds and place into lg. greased casserole dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 min. Cover while cooking. Is delicious with a salad and a veggie on the side.
