2 medium bananasjuice of 2 limes (1/4 cup)1 t lime zest juice of 1 orange1 t orange zest 1 avocados, pit removed and flesh choppedSweetener of choice (if desired)Popsicle sticks and molds
Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding water if necessary to thin it to a pourable liquid consistency.
Taste and sweeten if desired.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.

These are SO DELICIOUS ! No need for added sweetener. They truly satisfy the sweet and coolness that is needed after a workout or whenever! This is a keeper. I made 2 batches so far. The second batch, I had fresh cherries so blended them in with the recipe and they are just as yummy and healthy. - 8/15/14
