Whole Wheat Banana Bread

2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour2 Large Eggs1.5 Cups Sugar2 Medium Banana's Mashed1 Tbsp Lemon1 Tbsp Vanilla1 Tsp Baking Soda1 Tsp Baking Powder.5 cups 2% Milk1 Tsp Cinnamon1 Tsp Nutmeg
Combine and sift all Dry Ingredients together and set aside. In a seperate bowl, mash 2 medium bananas and add one Tablespoon of fresh Lemon Juice. Add .5 cups of Butter Flavor Crisco and mix well on medium speed until smooth and consistency is even. Add Vanilla and 2% Milk and combine until smooth consistency. Incorporate the sifted Dry ingredients a half cup at a time until blended until smooth with no lumps. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Divide the mix into the two pans and bake a 350 Degrees until firm, approximately 50 minutes. Remove and cool on wire racks. Serve with a low fat cream cheese spread. The total nutritional content does not include the cream cheese spread.
