4 Large Red Apples 2 15 oz cans Fruit Cocktail in Light Syrup 1 15 oz can Mandarin oranges in Light Syrup .50 Cup of Chopped pecans1.25 Cups flaked sweetened coconut 1 Pint fat free sour creamMakes 24 ServingsServing size 1/2 Cup91.2 Calories per serving
Wash, core and dice four large apples in a four quart refrigerator bowl wit cover. Open drain and add two 15 oz cans of fruit cocktail, and one 15 oz can of mandarin oranges. All packed in lite syrup.
Add 1.25 cups of flaked coconut, .50 cup of pecans and 1 pint of sour cream. Mix together thoroughly, cover and refrigerate an hour before serving. Left overs can be refrigerated for several days
