Ingredients
2.5 lbs beef (stew meat)4 chile guajillos3 chile anchos2 roma tomatoes (small)2 slices white onion1 garlic clove1 bay leaf
Directions
boil chile guajillo, ancho and tomato in water to rehydrate chile and cook tomato for about 5 min. place stew meat in crock pot and onion, bay leaf, and garlic. Once chile's and tomato are done blend in blender and pour over meat in crock pot. set on high for 8 hrs.
