Gluten Free Steel cut oats, canned coconut milk (full fat), carton coconut milk, butter, can of pumpkin puree, cinnamon, vanilla extract.
Mix everything in crock pot and cook overnight on low. Approximately 6 hours. Mine went about 7 and got a little stuck on to the pot.
