Spicy Ground Turkey Taco Meat

Ingredients
3 lbs ground turkey - 93%1 medium onion, diced2 tsp olive oil3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce3 jalapenos, seeds removed and diced2 tsp black pepper2 tsp chili powder2 tsp ground cumin1 tbsp garlic powder1 cube beef bouillon1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)2 cups water
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Soften diced jalapenos and onions.

2. When jalapenos and onions are softened toss in the ground meat and brown it.

3. Once the meat is brown toss together all the rest of the ingredients, plus the 2 cups of water. Simmer on medium-high until all the water is evaporated.

4. Serve in tacos and enjoy.
