Ingredients
*costco sirloin tip pork roast, 2 lbs*hunts sugar free ketchup 1.5 cups*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 3 TBS*Worchestire Sauce ,3TBS Spicy Brown Mustard, 2 TBSApple Cider Vinegar 1/3 CupStubbs BBQ Sauce original 1/3cup1/2 Tsp black pepper
Directions
Cust roast in quarters. Place in crock pot/slow cooker. In separate bowl mix all remaining ingredients and pour over the pork roast.

Set crock pot to low. Cook for 4-5 hours or until meat is done- tender and pulls apart easily. Remove meat from crock. Shred meat with two forks and mix into sauce. Allow to heat again all the way through. Serve plain or on a bun. Add the calories for the bun as this recipe is calculated only with the meat and sauce.
