Cinnamon Scones

Ingredients
1.75 cup all purpose flour.25 cup sugar4 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp salt1 Tbsp Cinnamon5 Tbsp butter.25 cup light sour cream.5 cup 2% milk
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until butter is in pea-size or smaller bits. Separately, mix sour cream and milk then fold into dry ingredients, stirring as few times as possible, forming a dough. Round and flatten dough to about 2 inch-thick circle. Cut like pizza in 8 pie shapes. Bake @ 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
