1.25 lb Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast1 cup grated zucchini, all moisture squeezed dry w/ paper towel2 tbsp onion, minced1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs1/4 cup ketchup1 egg1 tsp kosher salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Line muffin pan with foil muffin cups.
Fill each muffin cup evenly.
Bake for 55-60 minutes.
