Pineapple Banana Coconut Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour1 1/2 c white unbleached flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamon3/4 tsp. salt1 c. sugar1/4 c. honey3 large eggs - beat well1/2 c. canola oil1/2 c. pineapple juice3 ripe bananas mashed2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. pineapple1/3 c. coconut flakes
Directions
preheat oven 350

grease and flour pans

mixed dry ingredients in one bowl
beat eggs and rest of wet ingredients then pour together and mix well. pour into pans and bake.
