1 teaspoon canola oil1 garlic clove, minced1 (10.6 oz.) package PanaPesca Seafood Mix, KEEP FROZEN UNTIL USE1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1 teaspoon unsalted butterChopped parsley
1. Heat oil in pan, add garlic and frozen seafood.
2. Increase temperature to HIGH and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Add the red pepper flakes and butter.
4. Divide into 2 servings then sprinkle with parsley.
5. Serve with buttered pasta or brown rice or Quinoa (not included in Nutritional Info).

This is a Five Star recipe using the Seafood Medley Skin Pack from Panapesca...I am the Frozen Seafood Buyer for the Euclid Fish Company in Mentor Ohio and currently purchase this item and others like it...I have tried them before...this recipe is so simple and followed exactly will please everyone - 11/22/15
