Balsamic Chicken Marinade and Sauce

Ingredients
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar1/4 cup lower-sodium soy sauce1/4 cup minced onions3 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions
Combine ingredients in ziploc baggie. Add diced chicken or chicken breasts pounded thin. Marinate for 1 hour.

Remove chicken and saute in non-stick pan over medium heat until cooked through.

Place marinade in small sauce pan and bring to boil, reducing/thickening slightly while cooking chicken. Serve over chicken.

Serving Size: sauce for 4 6-oz pieces of chicken
