4 wooden popsicle sticks popsicle molds 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced 1 peach, peeled and sliced (or 1/2 cup frozen or canned slices) 1/2 cup blueberries16 ounces coconut water or lemonade
Place sliced fruit into the popsicle molds.
Place a stick into each mold.
Pour coconut water or lemonade into each mold, leaving 1/2 inch of space at the top for expansion.
Freeze for at least four hours.
Serving Size: 4 popsicles; 1 per serving
