Celery, Potato and Watercress Salad

Ingredients
1kg potatos peeled and halved4 stalks celery chopped1.5C watercress choppedDRESSING150g low fat greek yogurt1tsp mustard1Tbs lemon juice
Directions
1. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add potatoes. Boil for about 15 min until soft. Allow to cool.
2. Add celery, watercress and cooled potatoes to a bowl.
3. In a separate cup combine the yogurt, lemon juice and mustard.
4. Add to salad mix, toss and serve.
