Protein Oatmeal Cookie

Ingredients
1 cup flour (spoon flour into dry-measure cup and level off)1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature1/2 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup (packed) light brown sugar1 large egg4 tablespoons Fat free vanilla Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 cups rolled oats Dark Chocolate chips/raisinsChia Seeds (however much you want)Flax Seed (however much you want)
Directions
Bake at 375 for about 12 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in the brown sugar, then the egg, yogurt, and vanilla.
Add the chia seeds, flax, and dark chocolate/raisins to the wet ingredients. Then combine them all!
Bake for about 10-12 min
