flax egg bread

Ingredients
1 c. ground flax1 c. ground almonds4 eggs3/4 c. almond milk1/2 tsp. cream of tartar1 tsp agavepinch salt
Directions
preheat oven to 350. spray cooking spray on large cookie sheet (the type with a small edge). line with wax paper (on top of the cooking spray). beat eggs. add almond milk, cream of tartar, salt and agave. blend. add almonds. stir to blend. add flax. stir to blend. quickly pour onto prepared cookie sheet and spread to edges, making a uniform thickness across pan. Baked 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Place a cutting board on top of pan and flip everything over. Remove cookie sheet then slowly peel wax paper off the bottom of bread. Cut into bread size pieces (4 long ways and 3 short way).
