Creamy Grits with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
1/2 c Grits, Quaker Quick2 c Water1/2 c Milk, nonfat1 t Kosher Salt1/4 t Pepper, black3oz Goat Cheese, Soft
Directions
Bring water and milk to a boil. Slowly stir in grits; reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently.

Stir in salt and pepper. Add cheese, cover and remove from heat. Let sit (about a minute), then gradually stir cheese until melted
