Yeast bakers, .125 ounce (1 Pkg)Canola Oil, .25 cupMilk, 2%, 1 cupSalt, 1 tsp Flour, white, 6 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 8 large
Proof yeast, mix and knead bread, let rise. Roll 1/4 inch thick; cut in 4" rounds and place on baking sheet. Raise10 min; brush with beaten egg white. Bake 375 for 20 min. Imitates sandwich rounds.
