Cut tomatoes in halvesrinse and peel shrimp, devine and pull tails offshred cheese 5 quart pot
Melt stick of butter slowly so not to burn, add milk slowly on simmer to heat and add shredded cheese to melt once it thickens and melts add shrimp, garlic, pepper and salt, tomatoes once shrimp starts to turn opaque add spinach. when spinach is steamed to you desired temp. turn stove off and serve hot.
