!0 oz cooked, diced chicken breast1/4 c walnut pieces1/3 c diced celery1/4 c 0% fat greek yogurt3T light mayo1/2 t saltdash of pepper1/2 t onion powderWraps or lettuce leaves for servingBaby spinach for garnish
Cook chicken breast. Cut into small cubes and refrigerate to chill. Whisk mayo,yogurt, and spices together. Mix with chilled chicken, walnuts and cranberries.
