1 cup Organic Sprouted Wheat Flour1/2 cup Wheat Bran1/4 Vanilla Protein Powder1 tsp (or more) Ground Cinnamon1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg2 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt1/3 cup Packed Brown Sugar1 Organic Large Egg1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract2 Organic Overripe Bananas
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the first seven ingredients. Whisk together and set aside.
Combine next five ingredients. Beat together or use a hand mixer.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Use a hand mixer to combine all ingredients well. Batter will be thick.
Pour 1/4 cup-fulls into ten greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
