Ingredients
1/4 cup Coconut oil - melted1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce1/3 cup maple syrup1/4 cup lite canned coconut milk1/3 cup coconut flour1/4 whole wheat flour1/2 cup all natural cocoa powder1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
lightly coat baking sheet with spray
combine coconut oil, applesauce, maple syrup, and coconut milk in medium bowl, mix well - set aside. combine coconut flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder in a small bowl - mix well. Add flour mixture to applesauce mixture mix until blended. add morsels - mix until blended. drop by heaping tbsp. onto prepared baking sheet. bake for 12 minutes until firm.
