Poached eggs on milk toast

Ingredients

2 eggs2 slices low carb bread1 cup milk heated1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 tbs butter1/2 tbs sugar free jelly
Heat water with 1 tbs vinegar to bubbling not boil.
Break 1 egg at a time into custard dish.
Gently pour eggs one at a time into hot water.
Cook to preference
Toast 2 slices low carb bread
Butter very lightly
Heat 1 cup milk in microwave 30 sec. Add pepper
Using slotted spoon remove eggs from water and place on toast.
Pour heated milk over eggs and toast.
Add jelly to side of plate for garnish
