Medium Tomato hollowed out1/4 cup rotisserie chicken shredded1 1/2 tbls mayonaise1/4 tsp lemon or lime juice1 tsp cilantro1 tsp green oniongarlic powdercayane powdersalt and peper to taste

mix all ingredients except tomato together and then stuff into hollowed out tomato. enjoy!
