Spaghetti squash broccoli chicken stir-fry

Ingredients
1/2 large chicken breast, cubed3/4 cup chopped broccoli3/4 cup precooked spaghetti squash2 T chopped yellow onion2 cloves garlic, minced2 T EVOO2 T cooking wine2 T skim milk1/2 t Lawry's seasoning salt1/4 t crushed red pepper (optional)
Directions
Heat 1 T of olive oil in skillet. Add broccoli. Cook about 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add chicken & onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Continue stirring frequently. Add cooking wine & other T of olive oil. Cook down just a little. Add squash and remaining seasonings then milk. Cook & stir until heated through.
