Ingredients
2 tsp. sesame seeds, 4 (4 0z) skinned, boned chicken breasts 2 Tbsp. honey2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions
Put large nonstick skillet over med-high heat until hot. Add sesame seeds, cook stirring constantly, 1-2 min until toasted. Set aside. Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thick. Coat skillet with spray. Place over med-high heat, add chicken, cook 3 min. until both sides are browned. Combine sesame seeds, honey, soy sauce, ginger. Pour over chicken. Cook 1 min. turning to coat. Serve with sauce over chicken.
