Tofu, extra firm, 2. block Carrots, raw, 1 cup, gratedOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup*Flour, white, 1 cupMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, choppedCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded2 tsps greek seasonings1 tsp it seasoningspepper2 tsp of
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with the exception of the flour. Add in 1/2 cup of flour then keep other half cup on side of bowl. grab mounds of mixture in amount to equal size of hamburger patty. Pat it with flour on both sides.
Cook in large skillet hot olive until brown on both sides approx 10 minutes. Place on hearty bun with tomato slices, pickle, and onion. This recipe is delicious. I have been making it for 20 plus years now.
