Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
2 - 3 cups cuged cooked pork loin1 onion, cliced2 C diagonally sliced celery3 Tbsp veg oil1 can sliced mushrooms1 can bean sprouts, drained1 1/4 C chicken broth1/4 soy sauce3 Tbs cornstarchCow mein noodles
Directions
In a large skillet, cook and stir pork, onion, and celery in oil until onion is tender. Stir in murooms, bean sprouts, and chicken broth.Blend soy sauce and cornstarct: stir into vegetable mixture. Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Serve over chow mein noodles
