Egg Pancakes (Healthier Version)

Ingredients
Mix together: Egg Substitute - (6 TBSP)Flour - 1/2 CupAlmond Milk - 1 cupSalt - 1/2 tspSugar - 2 TBSP
Directions
WELL grease a large frying pan. Pour 1/2 of mixture in pan, and use a well-greased knife to cut into fourths when the bottom has settled (it's tricky!) flip each fourth over to finish. We like to serve with some turkey kielbasa.
